Sometimes being able to call on a trusted, credible and external sounding board can be the most valuable means of working out your best next move.
Some of the most valuable mentorship and networking we’ve benefitted from stemmed from sharing stories of failures as well as successes, because no one really has a flawless path to professional success. Honestly volunteering our personal experience of when things didn’t work as well as when they did is something Sailor is committed to.
Mentor sessions are designed to be as flexible as you require them to be, you can choose the number and frequency entirely as suits your needs, budget and diary.
Taskmistress
Sailor can provide hands-on services for specific agile/waterfall projects. For example. you may have a strategic plan, but perhaps aren’t clear on how to translate this into tactical outputs, or you simply may not have a strategic plan. You may want to establish a way to improve the strength of management in your teams, identify new market opportunities or improve profitability.
Typically, the projects Sailor undertakes are the sort of thing that owners keep wanting to get to, but the day-to-day just keeps getting in the way. Time and budgets are agreed up front on a per project basis.
